The Set of my Ident

For my first A2 task i had to design and make a film and ident so everyone can see what channel they are watching. I got my inspiration from the E4 ident with a teddy fishing at the sea side, its animated which i wanted to do but the lack of technology at school meant i couldn't do animation, i have seen an old MTV ident which had people dancing in it so i have combined the sea side ident with the MTV ident to form a modern but old styled ident. I am going to speed up the ident so it looks like an old black and white film but keep it in colour to make it look like a modern version of the old films. I'm hoping to find some funny cheesy slapstick music to go with my film. I will mute the original sound and play the music as the main sound.
This is the set , ident and how i put it together and where i filmed my ident. I directed and filmed in my back garden, i created the back drop which took a day to draw everything out and cut it all out then i had to do two coats of paint on the sea sheds which took two days to complete. Once i had finished the back drop i had to dig it down to stand up, I then  laid down the plastic sheet so we can use the sand afterwards. We had to wheel building sand up to the location from my front garden which was a lot of hard work it was finally finished around half past six. The bad obstacles which i had to over come was the weather and the lack of day light, i would have loved to shoot the scene on a sunny day but i was really unlucky and hardly got any sun. I checked the weather so i could film on a sunny day, Wednesday 17th of August was meant to be the sunniest day but it was over cast in the morning but only cleared after lunch time, so it was a race to build the set so i could film in sunlight. Unfortunately i had the garden walls' shadow projected on the sea sheds while i was trying to film. Another problem is that my garden is home to 9 chickens who kept walking on to my film set, so my sisters had to keep chasing them away so my family's shadows were on the sea shed back drop. I only took one take of the fist section were Christin, the actress, put on all the diving equipment, this is the scene which has the shadows in the back ground.
